-The Guarantee dose not cover any act of mishandling ornaments which cause breakage of the Ring or jewellery and falling of the stone.
- Jewellery or Gemstone showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Anmol Gems shall not be accepted for return or exchange. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the amount of exchange value.
- Anmol Gems will not be liable or responsible for any indirect or consequential loss damage.
Exchange & Return policy.
-Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied we are pleased to offer a seven(&) day return policy on date of purchases of loose gemstones. Return shall be eligible only if the gemstone is not fitted in the Ring or locket. return item should be in its original undamaged, unaltered condition, But It should be informed within 2 days from the date of purchase.
-Refund of the item meeting above condition shall be made by the available mode of payment i.e Cash, UPI payment, or net banking.
-For any Exchange or return Orignal Bill along with the certificate should be presented at the time of the exchange or return. these conditions shall be valid only upto one year from the date of purchase.
- Gemstones with hardness 9 or more like yellow sapphire , Ruby etc shall be eligible for exchange or return upto ---- 45% of the bill value.
-Gemstones with hardness less then 9 like Emerald, pearls, cateye etc shall be eligible for exchange or return upto ---- 35% of the bill value.
The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned & exchanged with other Gemstone based on its condition the exchange value will be evaluated.
Also kindly understand the New stone's or a any product's value should be higher than the 35% exchange value or else evaluated.
*We offer a 35% exchange on purchases made from Anmol Gems within india.The sole decision will be with Anmol Gems subjected to current policy.
How do I return the product to Anmol Gems within 7 days?
Please Send us an Email or a phone call within 2 days of purchase date asking for Return Instructions as soon as possible . The shipping & insurance fees are not refundable. All returned merchandise must be sent by registered mail (FedEx, UPS, DHL, BLUE DART OR SPEED POST etc,) or should be returned at our store. Appropriate return packaging and registered mail fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the merchandise.
If you decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped but before it arrives, Please Do Not Refuse Postal or FedEx Delivery. All Items must be returned to us only by registered mail we must insure these items using the registered mail receipt number. If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for the full value of the item or items if lost and all brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return.
5. Once your returned item is received by Anmol Gems, your refund or new item will be processed shortly.

-After 7 days all sales are final (returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received or from the date of giving oder.
- Please ensure the stone is not damaged and should be returned in the original quality else refund amount will be valued based on the condition of the returned stone.
