Terms and Conditions:

1. This guarantee dose not cover any act of mishandling of the ornaments which cause breakage of stone, jewellery or  falling-off the stones.

2. We shall not be liable or responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

3. Product once sold are eligible only for exchange, exchange are subjected to limitations please read exchange policy Below, All original documents (invoice, certificate) mandatory. 

4. making charges & card/ payment gateway charges are non returnable.

5. for orders given for making into ring or lockets etc, duration of the completion of the order varies depending on the number of orders or other circumstances.

6. The decision of the management on the above shall be final. 

7. Anmol Gems reserves the right to change this policy at any time. The rights of the customer will be governed by the policy at the time of purchase. subjected to Hyderabad jurisdiction. 

🔹 1. Return/Exchange Window

“We accept returns or exchange (refer below) within 7–days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and certificates intact.” Making charges & card/ payment gateway charges are non returnable. 

Gemstone Exchange & Buyback Policy

1. Hard Gemstones (Mohs Scale ≥ 9)
   Gemstones such as Ruby, Sapphire, etc. are eligible for 30%–45% exchange or buyback of the invoice value. The exact value will depend on the condition of the stone and whether it is loose or mounted in jewellery.
   
   

2. Soft Gemstones (Mohs Scale < 9)
   Gemstones such as Emerald, Cat’s Eye, Hessonite, etc. are eligible for 30%–40% exchange or buyback of the invoice value, depending on the condition of the stone and whether it is loose or mounted in jewellery.
   
   

3. Diamonds
   Diamonds are eligible for 80% exchange or buyback of the invoice value, subject to quality inspection.
   
   

4. Damaged Stones
   Any gemstone that is chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged will not be eligible for exchange or buyback.
   
   

5. Market Fluctuations
   The exchange and buyback percentages mentioned above are subject to change based on prevailing market conditions. The applicable percentage shall be the one in effect at the time of the buyback/exchange request.
   
   

6. Special Consideration for Natural Gemstones
   As all our gemstones are natural, their value may appreciate over time. In such cases, customers may propose a buyback price. If the offered price is commercially feasible and aligned with prevailing market demand, the company may, at its sole discretion, accept the proposal.

7. Anmol Gems reserves the right to change this policy at any time. The rights of the customer will be governed by the policy at the time of purchase. subjected to Hyderabad jurisdiction. 

🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items

“For hygiene and safety reasons, certain type of items such as earrings, customized jewellery, or engraved/personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.” Please ask this before purchase.

🔹 3. Refund Method

“Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after quality inspection of the returned item.”
